The reason this PR has everyone in a frenzy is due to the optics of it. We are in the most exciting times of this companies history for better or worse. This is a stock that many invested have been banking on a SP slingshot after some upcoming major catalysts.
Now any new blood that stumbles upon IMSC will read a PR about a law firm "investigating" them. People are already hesitant to invest in the OTC, this just causes for skepticism. We could PR QPL tomorrow and forever the PR just below it on Yahoo! will be "SHAREHOLDER Alert, Firm launches investigation". That alone will cause some to just click ahead to the next stock.
I am not worried about current SP as I think most weak hands have sold off and sturdy longs are remaining. The worry I have is how the optics of this effects the magnitude of the slingshot.
