I have weighed both sides of this registrant/domain topic. I have to agree with your view that this is a non-issue based on your having bought domains and seen the process of realizing these documents.

It is what it is.... JT lied and the scam is coming to light. All one has to do is look at all the weak pr's. Dozens of "its coming" but no real meat. They are just share selling pr' s.
