The good thing is to bring in excellent people like Bruce Cohen and Joseph Vallner, will have to give them a lot of shares. This will mean Malaysian government no longer runs Viropro. Malaysian government fired our CEO Rajiv Datar in June 2012, fired our CEO CT in April 2014. The Malaysian government will never again fire a Viropro CEO. Once their ownership down to 40%; they have no control and that is a very good thing. We want Viropro run by the Management of this company; not the Malaysian government.
My point is, I like to see the people listed as management running the company. If Bruce Cohen puts together a deal with perhaps Samsung that would make Viropro a billion dollar company; I don't want the Malaysian government to jump in and fire Bruce Cohen because the Malaysian government doesn't want Koreans running things. However, I believe Bruce Cohen is smart enough to make sure the Malaysians will never be able to do that again.
