He has too much skin in this. Why would he take shares in lieu of cash anytime he gets the chance??

If one only knew how many stocks I have seen go to 0.001 with that same question being asked; I am not saying ELTP will go to 0.001 but it is something we should think about.

Think if someone in control of the ELTP PPS had millions of shares at 0.07; they would have no problem with the PPS going to 0.08 if it was for the betterment of the company because they are still green.
