Former Controller Ken Cartosa is encouraging and offering advice on ways to file numerous SEC complaints regarding Peter and the illegal operation of this Company.
Former Chairman Ed Salmon is seeking also a formal SEC complaint, although he does not have a clean pasture from his tenure.....but nothing as serious as Peter's.
Even the SAZEN yachts merger (the original merger that got Peter in this Company) is probably fraudulent and places into question Peter's even ownership and right to run this Company. Sazen Yachts at the time of the merger were fully seized and mortgaged and the merger was thus fraudulent and fully avoidable.
You failed to acknowledge the numerous liens and judgments that already have been filed and cannot be disputed.
Company has done nothing in the last three years to developed a revenue generating business.
Peter is raising money by diluting and selling shares to the magnitude of 19 billion shares.

Seriously, if you want to play this stock than just treat it as a casino with the odds fully stacked against any profit. Even with casinos closing throughout the country...a prudent investor still tries to protect his principal and this is highly risky.
How can one even argue with this logic of risk....
so many people have lost serious money and has affected their ability to live, retire, attend college, support a disabled child, etc.
All from this sociopath who cares only about himself and no one else.
There is no Karma in this world...but believe me ( and I have cancer) there will be a severe judgment day for Peter in God's creation. Life is forever and God does exist and retribution for evil acts are real in this world and in heaven.
