You never know how things might turn out. The mayor said the current process of establishing new guidlines could take three to four months. As well, both Mr. Foran and Mr. Bain have stated there is no "grandfathering in".

Anyone have any thoughts on if they are ready to green light FITX.

Bain said the process would take 3 to 4 months. That was about 30 days ago. So my guess is, "The light's still red".
