I have couple questions?
What was burn rate and how long can they last?

I don't think they will play the last minute to raise capital game.

Side notes:

the guy behind the last run of capital raises did organize a buy out after the run on some other companies he was involved witn. I remember one acquisition resulted in nothing for a over a year, but the other resulted in 300% gains in 5months. I will go back in my records for name and tickers of his affiliation later....busy now....I remember the buyer was the guy who dumped 500k shares the same day he bought in and filed sc13g/ back in November)

Also, consult agreements are expireing

True - they are bonus shares.

However - if I read the 8K correctly - they are bonus shares that (mostly) haven't been awarded yet as the milestones to be reached for most, if not all of them, have not been reached yet.

So - it is (indeed) potential dilution. However, it is dilution that only comes when the specified milestones are met.

The closest one of those milestones appears to be getting enrollment in the current H&N Canncer trial to 350 patients. And that one triggers 25% of the shares to be awarded.

So - it is dilution that comes at times where the company has achieved goals that will also have potentially increased shareprices for the rest of us out here in retail.
