lol...how long were they surveying the sites before 2008? look at the news history of this stock...then look when they got the first SALVAGE permit...what year was it?? that tells me they were surveying it for a long time there was not much news after 2008 there was some stagnant years they could have turned public to have investors fund the hunt,thats smartest because its so expensive

and know that a I.D permit is different from a excavation permit,which is different from a full salvage...3 different ones but some will argue its the same when its not
