It looks like lip service to me. I don't think the emails/phone calls are getting through to the decison makers. I am proposing that we add an online petition to the GetTFN.com website. It must be legit--and shoot for a goal of 10,000 people that want TFN. This will carry some real weight and have some impact. It sounds like these 5 dollar an hour phone reps are just blowing us off.
