LOC is essentially debt... BUT, companies need and use this for operating, so this is NOT a bad thing...
Companies cannot operate on accounts receivables alone

Debt is not paid off.... It's has been reduced but not paid off. It states this in the 14c etc that the additional AS was increased to convert debt ( and the many other things.... But debt and obligations were part of it)
