If you don't think that the SEC is currently following up with each member of the BOD to see if, and when they have sold shares to possibly find a link to illegal insider activity you are delusional. Until the SEC speaks to the tune of 'no member of HEMP, nor the company's operations themselves over the last year, are subject to investigation' you are. It out of the woods.
