The shares are not free trading and therefore cannot be sold. The reason they added these shares have been explained a multitude of times.

Even if they did raise it and they were put on the market...... In OTC land, there are way more companies with more shares, trading for more. This is an issue that is a Non - issue. Especially when we all know..... That is, those of us that have done ANY TYPE OF DD, know what they are slotted for.
