Bunny, please do elaborate on what Yidam and Pump Terminator left out.

Yidam wanted to see the books and apparently they were not about to let that happen.

Yidam also wanted to see a list of shareholders but not sure whatever good that would have done with them having installed 9:1 voting rights over those shareholders.

Question: Does anyone have any idea how development fees paid to TC are (actually calculated) or do they just wing some number for the CFO to approve?
