Why in the world is some company giving away tons of shares ( ala dividend) in something when they can just as easily sell them ?

lol.

Dividend nonsense is circulated all the time in stink pink OTC stock land.....and every time it always promoted/pumped as a shareholder will be in on some amazing opportunity to score some sort of fantastic shot at profits.

And every time they turn out to be either a scam , nonsense, or an opportunity to sell shares into the pump.

Or all of the above.


Remember the old saying.....'if it looks too good to be true it probably isn't' ?
