HUH imagine that.... isn't that what a 19.99 smoke alarm is for? Then why buy the lumber at an inflated price if I can buy 5 smoke alarms or have a security system in place that alerts and alrms you in advance. They are quicker to detect fire .. when the house is on fire its to late... smoke alarms are less costly and much more effective if its all about the alerting the residents...LOL

You can 20 of them a darn sight cheaper than building with a poorly covered suppose to red but HD got pink sauced wood. Sauce dilution? Usually when red comes out as pink its because its not the concentration levels it should be.

Again smoke alarms and security systems are the better, cheaper and leading indicators. I personally would rather have the fire dept there before my house was engulfed in flames.

Mah! HA! HA! HA!

Photo taken at the beginning of fire, by person in condo on the side, across a field, up on small hill. I.E. Fire department had been notified by this time. Buildings covered on exterior with PinkCrap, and Pink Craps Fire retardant I-Beams between each floor.



The next photo taken Ladder trucks above the rapidly out of control blaze!!



Finally the morning after. Fire consumed 2 separate buildings.. Jumped across alley-ways right through the pinkCrap!! and third would have burned completely too had it not for the ladder trucks!.



A complete disaster! These units burned just as bad as if there was zero coatings!!.. In fact, you can google fires in the same town that were similar to this scenario yet with no "Fire retardant", (xmas tree fire retardant) , and they stopped on the first buildings!!..

I took another full year to remodel and rebuild the destruction that PinkCrap didn't do spit for. .
