Exact-a-mundo.. then factor that when the stock wakes up, people start to follow the crowd, and the stock can even report some positive updates, then you have the overshoot phenomenon. The market never finds it's fair price and goes right to it. On the way down it overshoots well below and then when it runs it goes well past as well.
