Agreed acquisition of licenses doesn't amount to growth. However one can't have growth without them. So, they do go hand in hand. And licensing amounts to potential future growth. imho

LMAO Wrong.. Any company that spends money and time to open a new market will make money. They have already demonstrated that with all the other States they have opened. Why would any company spend time and money knowing it's going to be a flop. LOL
