I think they said they would be moving it to use it with other companies wanting processing also of imported hemp. Maybe I read it incorrectly, but I doubt they would go to the expense of reassembling after moving to better location for HEMP unless it would prove profitable. It is not illegal to import hemp, so if it is the only machine system like it in the US, why wouldn't they "rent" time by processing other companies' products?
