Just holding SLNX accountable for the deadlines THEY set.

They set the standard of a bi-weekly CC, not me.
They set the deadline for the restaurant to be 2 weeks ago, not me.

Every initiative mentioned on the last CC had a 14 day or 30 day deadline for an update and all have expired.

I have owned a business and understand that accountability and transparency to investors is important.

There is a difference between being transparent and saying you are transparent. SLNX appears to be the former IMO.
