I believe in the science more then ever...

If pphm's tech was something promising why isn't valued like other promising biotech stocks? Case in point, PBYI has a 7B mc zero rev. ARWR pII drug 600M mc virtual zero rev. Why doesn't the market believe in pphm's science? I've come to the conclusion that the science isn't as promising as everyone here thinks and the market backs that hypothesis.
