The Company's next report, which will cover the quarter from April 1 through June 30, is due on or before August 14, 2014. Green Cures management plans to complete and upload these filings on the OTC website during the month of July. Green Cures will continue to maintain the necessary records and documentation to prepare and file the required reports.

Well, there are some folks that intend to hold GRCU's feet to fire on this. Bogus PR's can get a stock sent to the grey's damn fast when a dozen or more people have proof of intent for wrong doing. My guess is GRCU has until August 14, 2014 before complaints hit the S.E.C & the U.S Attorney Generals office. So they better get their Sh!t together and file those long awaited financials.
