If KNDI JV Shanghi builds 25K in 2015
Then I think a total build of 75K amongst all the factories will be a given.
So
I figure they make about $2k per vehicle set
Their base costs are about $8 million per quarter.

So 75,000 vehicle at $2000 GP$ per vehicle would give gross income of $150 million.
With annual SGA at $32 to $40 million you get a profit of $118 to $140 million

With 41 million outstanding shares that is a profit of $2.87 to 3.41/share
at a 40 PE that's a share price of $115 to $136 / share.

But that's all about a profit per vehicle estimate and we really don't know much about that for sure right now. We will need to look deeply into the coming 10Q
to see what is real, what is true; and what isn't really true.
