Didn't Peterson file for bankruptcy?

Wasn't he involved in accepting illegally issued securities and selling these shares?

I know for a fact that Tom Puzzo is a well known pump and dump attorney.

So what in the article isn't accurate - I love when people post something isn't accurate but fail to post any DD to prove it isn't accurate.
