You said he said no worries? I just spoke with him and does not recall anyone emailing him where he responded no worries either then or now. He said please paste the email here on this site if he did.
His comment was "Every public company has worries. I have all the emails I answered and none of them have any insinuation of now worries."
So you guys need to stop the BS DGOR and MMMM and sell your stock. And yes he will end up with a ton of shares. But like he said he has fully audited invested capital and monies owed to him of over $1,000,000 between the Secured Debt and the money he lent the company etc.
