Yes I do. Briefly, it is an involved process with filings, follow ups and procedural steps to follow. Off the top of my head, recalling, to get to the 'guts' of the matter will consume about 6 months, meaning getting to the final appeal hearing is an involved due diligence process afforded to both parties.

Here is the briefing schedule: opening brief due 60 days of July 21, 2014 (~September 21); Medac's opening brief is due within 40 days of filing of the appellant's opening brief(~October 31); appellant's response/reply brief is due within 40 days of filing of the appellee's brief (~December 10) Medac's reply brief is due within 14 days of filing of the appellant's response/reply brief( December 24). The joint appendix is due within 10 days of filing of the cross-appellant's reply brief (Jan 2)

Oral argument set for approximately 2 months after final briefing or around March 2, 2015.

So yeah, Jab's six month estimate is pretty solid. It's going to take a hair longer than that .
