That is why I called for Parker to save me. LOL I am not sure if there will be a better time for the buyback. Usually companies do the buyback but wait until the PPS is high. They don't usually buy at the most opportune time. All I have is sunk into this stock already and I have no more to buy with. I am at the mercy of the world right now. Even if I mortgaged my house and cashed in my 401Ks I could not make a dent in the number of shares available. I just have to wait until the end of the year and maybe, just maybe big time institutional buyers will be ready at the door after the so called one year moratorium on a bankruptcy. Meanwhile it is just gut wrenching to watch every day.

Agree with you Chicadow. The fundamentals have not changed and this is a rocket sitting on the pad just getting fueled. When this takes off it is going to take off big. You can ignore the numbers for a little while but eventually someone in the market is going to notice and when they start to make their move the rest will follow.
1 Lowest P/E ratio in the industry
2 two record earnings reports in a ROW & both are post merger
3 $10 billion in cash
3 $1 billion buyback
4 dividends for the first time since the 80's
Just to mention a couple of positives.
And can anyone give me a negative on AAL?
