They will not fill that gap because to many including myself know this is the best OTC out their and we will not fulfill a prophecy of selling to the gap to self fulfill it as pinky mentally suggests must happen, besides this was a breakaway gap on strong volume, they seldom get filled.

The force with EPGL is strong and people holding 1-10mill shares are holding and adding, very few selling.

I assume you mean the gap at around 0.022.

While many gaps do get filled, as vikingzskillz said many that don't lead to gigantic moves. Plus some that did get filled over the years were due to unusual ultra short-term moves like flash crashes in the market or a stock. Sometimes the stocks recover in minutes.
