Name is a coincidence - like Smith - only from Italy. There are a ridiculous number of Matteras out there and Carl Mattera has exactly zip to do with this board after his resignation last year - moved on to other ventures. Ryan Mattera is in the business of stock promoting, like thousands of other people. VPLM is just one of many penny stocks. It doesn't look like he's had much to say about it, except when it was on his radar in 2012... Nothing shady about it. The longer this takes, the further people stretch to find nemeses where there are none.
