i dont have past losses. my cost basis is significantly lower than the price on the transaction date and eevn today. that is irrelevant to the apparent misinformation being provided by the company and potential ill gotten gains.
today's PR provides no transparency though it does have some teeth with the guidance. however, without full reporting - it means little. the mgmt could still pay themselves bloated salaries and bonues and three years later go bankrupt (or have another reverse merger/spin off) and investors STILL would not know where the money went. in the meantime, traders can inject some volatility into the price and get some churn but it will not attract real, long term investors until they can understand the model.
right now the company makes organic honey ona limited sales basis and does some contract packaging. that is ALL shareholders really know about the company. well, that and they took on some debt (terms unknown). one has to be a complete gambler to ignore the past and make a long term investment based on potential profitability in 1Q15. with their past - everything has to be considered suspect due to the continued lack of transparency.
however, feel free to talk about sunshine and rainbows. i will see if i can inject some of that color into objective models and see what type of share price valuation i can come up with.
btw - offer on the BID is already lower than where it started today. only 30K shares traded hands or $6K worth of stock. not exactly a rousing endorsement for a company giving positive profitability guidance.
when they come clean with MLOG and NUTT financials - then investors will take them seriously and not at face value.
