When I talked to Jessica I asked her the same question and she said they never closed and they've been in business thru construction. They still making money!!
my understanding is Jessica has been doing business for over 4 years as a collective for 1500 people as a non-profit business. If you are a member no problem. Expanding requires permits. Not sure about online sales I don't think so. Cash only and got to be a member introduced by another member all with medical cards. I think the permits are needed to help supply other shops besides her own PMCM I could be wrong that is my opinion. GL
