According to PLSB's 2013 10-K,there are 20,234,247 warrants at an average exercise price of $0.62. That's enough to meet PLSB's current needs, and then some!
It's a puzzle why these avid fans that expect to get fantastically rich, are constantly spewing glowing predictions but don't put their money where their mouths are.
Instead, they let the stock price fall out of warrant-exercise range.
