Rick, what makes you think Luther is based in Michigan or Ohio?
When I was searching I had the idea he was from Florida and New York.
We found Luther Jeffries in Florida who was involved in money laundering many years ago. And the one in New York was wanted by the law. Oh yeah and there was a Jeffries obituary somewhere in the midwest but that one was too old.
Before December 2013 there was ZERO information about Luther Jeffries on the web, other than running pawn shops in FLorida.
All of a sudden his bio was created and started appearing everywhere, OVERNIGHT when PRPM was being touted.
I am curious about the missing six years in his bio. I wonder if that might represent prison time.

You know Luther was not CEO at Sara Lee!
Even without the shades one can see Luther is hiding something.
