1) What was the effect on the share price when the shares outstanding was updated?

2) Was there increase in daily volume when the shares outstanding was updated?

Now, when Mr. Pierce updated the amounts of share authorization was reduced to 2 billion shares. Did it give him the authority to issue new shares over the amount that was currently issued (according to his court filings that were authorized legally) in the course of daily business.
