My guess is that the pending lawsuit has a lot to do with this downward spiral. The company is delinquent on paying their bills and may have originally issued shares as part of deals that they had struck with different companies. These various companies are probably dumping/cashing in their shares in the open market to recover at least some of the upfront money that they are owed. I think that any of us would do the same out of spite for not being paid. Tough to say where this goes and of course when/if the selling dries up- then there will be opportunities. I will have to admit that this has been one of the most manipulated stocks that I have ever seen. The float is much higher here, but I'll be looking for places to add- there are plenty of opportunities to still make money with this stock.
