What Looter doesn't understand is human nature. Nobody likes to be fooled with, and the global lock along with the depressed stock price and lack of real updates has not only frustrated investors, it prevents new investors from ever investing. Loother and Vakser have created the Caveat Emptor, and continue it with the lack of real updates!

I just emailed Etrade regarding the lock. They messaged the DTC for me regarding the suspension. The DTC replied to them and said that nothing has been done to remove the restriction and there is no estimated time on when the DTC restriction will be removed. Luther is f*ccing with us all! Someone please find this guy and bring justice to us shareholders in the form of lynching or crucifixion, thank you all, glta!

As soon as lock lifted I suspect PPS will lift off per Luther's plans
