Yeah Brother, 40:1 is the lowest RS limit listed on the company announcements. 60:1 given as the upper limit (~.0667 pps, might happen with a shit @$$ earnings report). Haven't checked out the Tuesday morning meeting yet. Do they have a placement for a reservation and questions?

60:1 knocks me flat on my ass (I do have a nice ass).

This shits going to be serious on the report posted Monday after hours. I haven't voted yet. Not trying to be disruptive. I do want us to live another day.

But we're down to it here. More inclined to view $10Mills take on this as being needed for better financing terms. A lot of questions, nahh, ACCUSATIONS have been put forward on our boards competence.

I reject those. Lot of factors not discussed much here, well hell, I mentioned them a couple of times. They're bearing out. Factors well out of control of our Board (Applied DNA Sciences. and I understand they drink cheaper liquor than JDLaw:)

Sequester. MDA was going to be the lynch pin for all our DoD expansion dreams. They didn't announce our little ass grant until they got funding to continue on. That's a strike nobody saw.

Lobbying. The Semiconductor Industry Association's (SIA) effort has been HUGE. We still got to get through a congressional hearing where they don't determine we're too elaborate/expensive and outlaw us. SIA is all over the Defense Armed Services Committee rooms.

DLA had every thing planned for Feb 2014, shit , STF did I. Lot of politics involved here.

NEVER SADDLE A DEAD HORSE. Old wire-rope, clamping (saddle clamp adage), put the saddle of the u-clamp on the live side of a loop, shit, never mind). The DLA bailed us out with seven IPVs announced last October. MDA let us hang out in the wind till they got funding. Don't know WTF happened with Egyptian Cotton or Supima.

AND, royally screwed in the market on PPS.


I just tossing this _____ out as factors. I don't see us dying. More of a stakes race than I ever bargained for.
