Great post seeclear. I have no doubt in NEOM. But I've realized it's probably going to take a lot longer than we all originally thought. I'm not losing patience with the company. They have accomplished a tremendous amount in the past several years, and have an awesome future ahead of them, imo. But what IS making me lose patience, is all the hype. So many people have had tremendously high expectations, and have lead many people to believe that this is going to be the stock of the century, and it very well could be, but not for quite a while, imo. I've got a lot of people mad at me right now. They bought last year during the big run. Then, when it started to drop, I said "be patient, they are in a quiet period, and once it's over, there are rumors that it's going to fly". Well, the quiet period is over, and it hasn't flown. At least not yet. So, my friends that have lost a lot of money (I know, ahem..... you don't lose, unless you sell...ahem), are still mad. Needless to say, I've learned a big lesson.
None of this is NEOMS fault. They have not pumped their stock, or made unrealistic promises. But many people HAVE done this, including Tobin Smith. And THIS is what I have no tolerance or patience for anymore.
This is a long term investment for me. Possibly a lot longer than I originally thought, but long none the less. I am done analysing and speculating for now. This thing has been DD'd to death, and I just need a break from it all.
