Notice the fox ticker at the bottom of the TV screen on the twitter-posted photo. Since it shows the current quote for MCD, the claimed time for the airing of the commercial can be verified.

It is sort of like the proof-of-life photos that kidnappers send, which include a current newspaper w/ date for verification (lol).
