I appreciate your frustration it is clear you have a vested interest.

First of all if I may say I am well acquainted with reality & I am not a fan. I do at times dip my feet into the reality pool but only if necessary. But in this instant circumstance it is not me who skirting reality.

If we are to be honest then I would wonder why anyone would buy a penny stock & expect more? It is investment knowledge 101. The key to penny stocks is to accept that reality at the get go. That it is a short term play with a company that is going to probably take all they can before they go under. Now there are exceptions but then there is no angst because it is a hail Mary with money that is not needed with the understanding you are betting on a horse with a broken leg so to speak & it is fun.

Now to the other points RANDAZZO does not have millions of shares to dump. See below she sold about half after Chan took over. So the parting gift is unlikely.

RANDAZZO MARGARET R
12-Jun-14 151,250 WEST Sale at $0.03 per share.(Proceeds of $4,537)
13-Mar-14 293,400 WEST Sale at $0.03 per share.(Proceeds of $8,802)
5-Mar-14 314,375 WEST Sale at $0.03 per share.(Proceeds of $9,431)
6-Nov-13 1,250,000 WEST Acquisition (Non Open Market) at $0 per share.

Shares Owned as of Trans. Date RANDAZZO MARGARET R
Officer Sale
Jun 12, 2014 525,000

If you add all the shares of all the officers combined it is not millions not close.

If a loan was being converted or bonds or the like in the amount you claim then the conversion would constitute ownership & would require notice in most instances.

BUT EVEN IF ALL THAT IS NOT RELEVANT it is interesting that with all this dumping, diluting, loan cashing in etc the volume has not changed. So with millions being dumped in addition to the everyday fear selling of a penny stock by the public because there has been no real substantive good news the volume has stayed about the same or less.

I do not know what is happening neither is it easy to determine that is a salient point. It is a penny stock. If no good news comes soon smart money says run. If some does (I think it will though I am losing some patience, no more than 10 days for me without news e.g. a positive run) run like the wind, sell into the rally, reinvest if you like or let it ride if you are so inclined but just don't get mad at a snake because it bit you after you fed it, You knew what it was when you fed it.
