You do not need to change investment firms. Obviously keep your original account but open a secondary account with Scottrade to buy and sell PRPM only. Case in point I have 6 accounts because this has happened to me in the past. My problem is should I risk and buy more in my Scottrade account ? Well guess what ? I did buy more last week at $0.0002.
