The partnership with TRTC was strategic, not for a PR. Michael James is TRTC CFO and NRTI CEO/CFO.

It will be interesting to see how the partnership is broken down as NRTI has the medical team and intellectual property being developed, but TRTC has the CBD extraction machine, the plant, and sales channels to dispensaries.

I'm also interested to hear how Jim Kras' transition has been since he was hired in June. I think this may have been a strategic hire to help alleviate Michael James with so much of a burden at NRTI and to position the company for the future.
