Institutional $ is waiting to see how they solve their working capital needs. With CW requiring so much upfront $, demand for the product (although great)requires cash way over and above the other product lines (not so good but solvable). Some form of line of credit to cover those needs combined with a heavy hitting customer like a Walmart will move the stock. Hopefully it will move the stock enough to get those warrants to convert then its literally off to the races.

I agree; it's going to take a little while for the word to get out, but it will happen.
