DRL up 15% mostly in the last hour. I've been posting on this for a while - it's a lotto trade, distressed bank, court case with Puerto Rico gov, and looking to sell $700 million in loans and branches. Mkt cap is currently around $35 million, so risk/reward is interesting to say the least
