It's simple. Either you believe what the CEO has stated what the purpose and use of the share increase is or you don't.

Most here believe him. Many have confidence in him due to his performance against the goals set forth in the conference call.

As always, do your own due diligence and my recommendation is you read the conference call that is stickied.
