Apparently growlife and hemp isn't a defendant in the case. Not sure what implications this draws out for them. but maybe we can fairly assume this provides a glimmer of exoneration and credibility to the company as a whole. And if the SEC signs off on there being NO investigation, it should make their form filing easier?
