Yes, well put. We know this group was engaged in this activity before PHOT, PHOT and HEMP were the icing on the cake of their investigation. However, a few 20 somethings wash trading a few blocks of stock does not warrant a trading suspension. During the investigation, it is pretty easy to accept that FINRA found other trading activity that posed an additional threat to the safety of the public. Expect to see future complaints on this matter.
