Im pretty much out of the loop on the SEC investigation haven't seen any PR or otherwise involving AMBS I chalk the high volatility up to way to many shares on the float sold at half or less the current price. No matter they will be eaten up soon enough as long as the science continues to pan out. Been in this since sub penny and from the looks of it for years to come. Confidence levels are high. $$$$AMBS$$$$
