Yes, and how about this?

*4 Despite that, Ironridge is not as foreign as it seems. It is asubsidiary of Ironridge Partners, a Delaware limited liabilitycompany with its principal place of business in California.O'Neil Decl. ¶ 2. Ironridge Partners has four directors:Brendan T. O'Neil, Keith Coulstom John C. Kirkland, andRichard H. Kreger. O'Neil Decl. ¶ 7. It maintains an officein Manhattan. O'Neil Decl. ¶ 9. Though Ironridge Partnersdescribes it as a “satellite office” which Kreger “occasionallyuses,” O'Neil Decl. ¶ 9, SEC filings describe it as Kreger'sprincipal place of business and its website lists it as one of its three offices. Reply Decl. of Antonis Bertsos (ECF No.14) ¶¶ 11, 39, Exs. 3, 17. All of NewLead's negotiationswith Ironridge were conducted by Kreger, Kirkland, O'Neil.and Coulston. Bertsos Reply Decl. ¶¶ 4,6, 8; June 9, 2014Tr. 35:10–21, 40:22–24. When the relationship between NewLead and Ironridge faltered and Ironridge demanded anarbitration, all Ironridge correspondence continued to come from these individuals.

So, was it Ironridge that actually demanded this aribitration?
