The Bloomberg report says the payments to the executives were not made by the company, which then suggests perhaps the payments came from suppliers as kick-backs. As long as there is no suggestions of a violations of FCPA (or UK equivalent), I can't see why this impacts the stock price. Seems to me like a good opportunity for a quick 50%+ gain on the rebound. All IMO
Dosn't say they have changed their business plans. Seems more risk is in Iraq. Will be intersting to see if they contract any rigs (do they own their own?)
