hoppylad.. A contraction of O/S would ONLY occur under two circumstances: 1) a R/S, only after an audit establishes profitability and reporting status, in order to move it (pricewise) to an exchange like AMEX or Nasdaq or 2) a company buyback of shares. Believe it! IMHO
